About the Park
A small park built for people who stay.
The Woodland RV Park is a 25-site property on Magnolia Dr. in Conroe, Texas. Our focus is monthly and long-term residents: working folks, snowbirds, and retirees who want a calm, clean place with room to breathe and neighbors who respect the peace.
Sites are level back-in pads with full hookups, and covered spots are available. We keep the grounds simple and well-maintained, with responsive on-site management so issues are addressed promptly.
Easy Access
Quick access to I-45 Exit 82 puts us one exit north of The Woodlands and one exit south of Conroe — about 4 minutes from The Woodlands. Grand Central Park's restaurants and shopping are directly across the freeway, with Kroger Marketplace and Walmart Super Center nearby.
Local Community
Downtown Conroe and The Woodlands are each a short drive away. We're also close to all major hospitals in the area and next to an 18-hole public golf course within walking distance.
Responsive Management
Our on-site management team handles questions and maintenance requests promptly, so residents get support without waiting on a distant corporate office.
Spacious Concrete Pads
Standard/Large pads are 20' wide at the front, narrowing to 16' where the RV sits, and 75' deep. XL pads are 20' x 85' deep. All pads are concrete and leveled.
EV Charging Ready
Fast EV charging is available on most spots, delivering 12kWh so you can keep your electric vehicle topped off right at your site.
Full Hookups
Each site includes 30/50-amp electric, water, and sewer. Electricity is included for daily and weekly stays; monthly guests are metered separately.
Near Everything
One exit from The Woodlands, one exit from Conroe, and directly across I-45 from Grand Central Park. Major hospitals, golf, groceries, and dining are all close by.
